Overview

The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was started in the year 2007 with a sanctioned intake of 60 students and it is a core branch of engineering. The course provides ample knowledge in the main fields of power systems, control systems and electronics. The department enriches the students to excel in Industry with high moral values and knowledge. The students are provided with fundamentals of electrical sciences with more prominence in electromagnetic fields, design and operation of machines and application of electronic devices. The students are well equipped to meet any changes of global expectations. The department is endowed with state of the art laboratory facilities and experienced faculty with pedagogic skills to guide the students in the right path. The department organizes National Level Technical Symposium “Psytrance” every year as a part of department association activities. Students from various colleges in various technical events of the symposium. Through the department association, various seminars, workshops, talk by eminent personalities are conducted.
